Nigerian fruit Salad

You can combine just about any fruit to make a fruit salad but here are some fruit combination tips that will guide you in creating a delicious taste:

  • ·         The taste of  fruits varies: some taste acidic  and others are sweet while some are in between acidic and sweet. Some other fruits  are soft while others are hard.

  • ·         It is simple to create a salad with a balanced taste when you choose fruit from    different categories of taste and hardness.

  • ·         You can combine at least 5 fruits for  your fruit salad.

  • ·          Some fruits like banana are better if added just prior to serving.

  • ·         Fruits like avocado and coconut  are high in fat so use them sparingly in your salad.

·

·         But this shouldn't stop you from experimenting and mixing up different taste.
