FOR NIGERIAN WEDDING MENUS
Nigerian wedding menus always include Fried rice, Jollof
rice, Moinmoin, Amala, and sometimes Pounded yam. I believe there is need to
incorporate new menus that will be accepted by majority in the menu plans.
Here are some ideas not just for weddings but for
any other occasion. Do include them in the recipes for your next event.
