HOW TO DESTONE OFADA RICE

Ofada rice  has become a popular Nigerian dish. Although eaten in other parts of Nigeria, it is also popular in the western part of Nigeria especially among the Yoruba. Ofada rice is served with its special stew called 'Obe Ata'.
Health practitioners have warned against taking refined or bleached oil as is used in cooking this stew but tradition and how sumptuous  the stew tastes has prevented many Nigerians from not eating it.
