What you can take for breakfast
Eating food with the same combination again and again may seem boring. Sometimes, it's difficult to think of something else to prepare for breakfast apart from bread, pasta or rice. With a little creativity, variety of other foods can be prepared, especially during the weekends when we may have little more time to spare for preparing breakfast.
The major challenge is that we don't plan our breakfast the day before so we just cook what is readily available when we wake up in the morning. Planning our family meals beforehand is essential if we want to achieve variety in our choice of breakfast meals.
Here is a reminder of some breakfast ideas that we can add to our breakfast list, I will be starting with yam:
